  • As for water, emissions and waste, we say "Reduce, Reclaim, Reuse." We live in a world of ever diminishing natural resources. As time passes, oil and gas prices will start to escalate exponentially. Water will be a lot scarcer, already we see droughts in our cities as the planet heats up. These issues will effect each and every one of us more and more in future years to come. Our children and our childrens children will live in a very different world to the one we know and love today unless we begin to take little steps and make the right choices.
  • We can help you to reduce emissions by first off really minimizing energy losses, air-leakages and optimizing solar and thermal energy gains. We capture or reuse all the water you need for your landscaping and sanitary fittings. We can re -cycle hot air exhausts (otherwise valuable wasted energy) by a process known as Mechanical ventilation heat recovery or MVHR thus minimizing the energy loads dramatically and keeping your heating bills to an minimum.
  • Our aim is to strive to eliminate waste from every stage of the building process. Modular design and fabrication processes can reduce the waste associated with traditional construction methods (typically 30 or 40 %!) to just 3%. This ultimately saves time and money for everyone in involved in the chain from supplier to processor to you,  the final end user.

  • It’s a fact that the air inside an average home or business premises is more polluted than air outside. Allergies and other ailments can be triggered by molds, bacteria, and dust mites . Since most people spend 80 / 90% of their time indoors (and 65% of that time at home), we should insure that the air inside our homes and business is better than the air outside.
  • We design homes and business premises that are virtually free of indoor air pollution by using low- or no-VOC (volatile organic compounds) paints, stains, low VOC joinery and building materials. Our buildings are always designed to maximise natural light and natural ventillation.
  • Homes or business premises can also include a indoor gardens or atriums spaces, with selected plants that are prolific oxygen creators, and others that filter the air of certain contaminants. Fresh air is free!
